By participating in PIHKA Collection's competition, the participant undertakes to follow the official rules of the competition or raffle and the decisions of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules, which will come into effect on the day they are published.
Participation and Eligibility
In order to participate in the contest or raffle, the participant must fill in any information asked for in the contest or raffle and leave the contact information as requested by the mentioned date. The participant must be a natural person over the age of 18 living in Finland or have the guardian's consent to participate. You must always participate in the competition or raffle with your own name and correct contact information. The organizer's staff and their family members cannot participate in the draw. Entries that violate the competition or raffle instructions will be rejected.
Prizes and the organizer's responsibility
The winner will be notified personally by the date announced in connection with the competition or draw. The award is personal. The prize cannot be exchanged for another product or converted into money. The organizer sends the Raffle prizes to the winners by mail. The winner of the prize releases the organizer from all liability caused or allegedly caused by receiving the prize, as well as liability related to the subsequent use of the prize or injury or damage caused or allegedly caused by claiming or using the prize. The organizer's responsibility does not exceed the value of the prize under any circumstances. The organizer is not responsible for obstacles to participating in the competition or lottery due to information technology reasons.
Use of names and contact information
Participants' names and contact information will only be used to carry out the draw, announce the win and/or deliver the prize. These rules apply to all contests and raffles organized by PIHKA collection Oy.
