What is the delivery time for my PIHKA bag?

The delivery time for our products, which are handmade in Finland, is 4 weeks. If you need faster delivery, please contact us at info@pihkacollection.fi after placing your order. The delivery time is the same for packages that can be picked up. We will notify you separately when the product is available for pick-up. We value each product as an individual, which is why we produce them in small batches in the required quantity.

Do PIHKA bags have exchange and return rights?

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging.

PIHKA pre-loved products do not have the right of exchange or return.

Can PIHKA service or repair the bag?

For us, responsibility means that the products we make are made to be loved and used throughout life. Just one bag is enough.
