The gift card can be used to pay for any PIHKA catalogue products, custom orders, and course fees. The gift card can be used both in the PIHKA Workshop and Boutique as well in our online store.

Mail delivery: Shipping costs for deliveries in Finland 4,90€. DHL delivery 13,90€. Outside Finland: calculated based on the location. Shipping costs cover postage and handling.
Delivery time: All PIHKA products are made in Finland, and the manufacturing process of PIHKA utilizes handcrafting as much as possible. Because of this, the delivery time of our bags can be up to 18 business days after the payment. The delivery time of our small products is 10 working days. We highly value each and every product we make, that is why they are produced in small batches for real need.
Return policy: You have a right to return or exchange the product within 14 days. The right of return does not apply to customized products.
