Shoe Making Workshop – Saturday, April 1

Have you ever dreamed about making your own customized shoes?

In PIHKA’s shoe making workshop you will get the chance to make your own custom-made shoes. The workshop requires no prior experience in leather crafting or shoe making. We will be assisting and guiding you through all the phases of the work.

You may choose the style of your shoes from the following PIHKA exclusive unisex shoe designs: KAUKA, LARI or AURI. You can choose either a narrow or a wider last. The size selection is from 35 to 46.

In the workshop we will be using leathers from PIHKA’s wares as materials; you may choose from our wide variety of different coloured shoe leathers. Rubber will be used as the sole material. You can choose between two different sole types, both of them are combinable into any shoe style.

During the workshop you will be crafting the upper of the shoe. Please note that because the adhesive used in the shoes takes several days to dry, your shoes will be lasted and finished after the workshop and we will send the finished shoes to you by mail.

The price of the workshop is 490€. The price includes:

• quality European leather and other materials
• professional guidance
• lunch and coffee/tea
• postage for the finished shoes

The maximum number of attendants for the workshop is four persons. NOTE: If you get 3 other attendants to enrol with you to the workshop, we will be happy to give you a 10% discount on the course fee. The registration fee will be deducted from the final price of the workshop. We kindly ask you to bring cash or debit/credit card with you when you attend the workshop, in order to pay the rest of the total workshop fee at the start of the workshop.

Please note that your registration for participation is binding, and the registration fee will be refunded only in case of acute illness of the workshop attendant; in such cases we kindly request that you provide a medical certificate. The right to make changes is reserved if there aren’t enough participants. We will inform about the possible changes two weeks before the workshop.

We will send a separate workshop letter to your email before the workshop.
